After so long away, a welcome return to Europe. Reconnecting with familiar train stops and sidewalks and bridges and rivers and canals and dear old friends. Reconnecting with the sense of wonder of how inspiring new cultures can be, and how familiar. Reconnecting with heartbeat, with breath, with moving with intention, with pausing and thinking before speaking…so we can find those words we want to say.
